Health Portal 2 (healthportal2.hkraft.uk) is a private, non-commercial application built and used by one individual for their own personal health tracking. These terms describe the basis on which it exists and is used.
Personal use only
The app is not a product or service offered to the public. Access is limited to its owner, and there are no other accounts or users. Any connection it makes to a third-party service, such as Oura, is made with the owner's own account and consent, for the owner's own data.
Not medical advice
Anything the app displays or generates, including charts, summaries and AI-written analysis, is for personal information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and should not replace advice from a qualified clinician. Automated readings and AI-generated commentary can be wrong or incomplete.
Third-party services
Data from services such as Oura and Apple Health remains subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may change, stop working, or be shut down at any time.
