About Health Portal

Health Portal is a small private web application, built and run by an individual developer (not a company) for personal and family use. It brings together health and fitness data that the owner already collects, such as sleep, activity, heart rate, weight, blood test results and supplements, in one place, with an AI-assisted review to help make sense of it.
Who can use it
It is not a public service and it is not commercial. There is no public sign-up and nothing is sold or advertised. Access is limited to the owner and to immediate family members the owner has personally set up, and every part of the application other than these information pages sits behind a password.
Connecting a wearable account
The application can connect to a person's own Oura account, using Oura's official authorization flow, to read that person's own data. It only ever requests data on behalf of the person who has signed in and approved the connection themselves, and that person can revoke it at any time from their Oura account.
